- Food From Around the World
- Learn how to prepare delicious dishes using different cooking techniques.

- Come and learn lots of moves each week from an experienced dancer and get a great workout.

- Assertiveness Skills
- Are you tired of being pushed around? Develop practical communication skills to deal with difficult people.

- Cake Making & Other Sweet Delights
- Learn different baking techniques taught by an experienced food technology teacher.

- Mosaics
- Create your own contemporary mosaic piece, using glass and ceramic tiles.

- Public speaking / Powerful Presentations
- Develop presentation and public speaking skills that will assist you in any form of public delivery. A great leadership skill to have.

Mid-Week and Saturday Morning
- Counselling Skills (Adults)
- Would you like to become skilled in counselling those around you? Learn the popular counselling model The Skilled Helper (Egan 2010) taught in university postgraduate programs. You will learn how to develop excellent communication skills that are essential in a helping relationship and in daily living. This program is organised by a registered psychologist.

- The 6 sessions will focus on drawing and painting including watercolours, oils, acrylics and pastels to the participant's requirements.
